Annual Social Event
The Association sponsors an annual social event for members and their guests.
Annual Meeting and Tournaments
Late each spring the Association hosts the Annual Meeting and Golf and Tennis Tournaments. This members only event is held at one of the areas Country Clubs. Don't miss this opportunity to show off your skills; prizes are awarded to the top performers. The evening is set aside for Board of Governors election.
Bench and Bar Party
The Association sponsors an annual cocktail party during the Holiday Season honoring the local judiciary.
CLE Seminars
The Association sponsors live CLE seminars throughout the year. In 2009-2010, the Bar held 16 live CLE seminars with topics ranging from ethics to technology.
Emails & Publications
The JBA provides members with information on upcoming events, CLE seminars, and other matters of interest through publicated and email communication.
Lawyer Referral Service
The Association sponsors a referral service to assist the public in finding lawyers practicing in specific areas of the law and to assist members in expanding their client base. For additional information, call The Jacksonville Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service at 399-5780. In 2002 - 2003, the LRS made 2535 referrals to our panel members.
Members Luncheons
The Association sponsors luncheons throughout the year with keynote speakers. Reservations are required and are free to members. Reservations must be by email or facsimile.
